We do not ship items outside the Philippines. Delivery cost within Metro Manila is fixed at $7.50. No matter how many items
are ordered, you only need to pay $7.50. We deliver same day if order comes
in before 10am Philippine time. Next day if later. Returns for replacements
are entertained.
For the provinces (outside Metro Manila) Shipping starts at $8.95 for 3 kg
and below with additional $2.25 for every kilogram added. Provincial orders
are delivered within two to three days after order is made. Returns and replacements
are also entertained. Your order will leave Manila for the provinces the night
before intended delivery date.

For Metro Manila deliveries, we have our own team who delivers door to door
both perishables and non-perishables routinely. For provincial deliveries, we
use the services of LBC courrier, and therefore limited only to products having
at least 12 hours shelf life. However, the Special
Order category of makulay.com makes everything possible for the provinces.
The Special Order Category is designed to make available perishables like cakes,
cooked food, vegetables, and even flowers in vases to the provinces of Bulacan,
Cavite, Laguna and as far as Pampanga. Delivery of the said items are normally
restricted to the Metro Manila Areas. (For cities and municipalites included
within Metro Manila, please see Delivery
Areas). For example, you may want to send a TV in Bulacan province together
with a chocolate cake, a combination of perishable and non-perishable. And the
Special Order Category is useful for lowering the delivery cost to the rest
of the country. Since provincial deliveries are costed according to weight as
imposed by LBC, the Special Order category makes this weight restriction non-applicable
as more often than not, special orders are delivered by our very own people,
not LBC.
Groceries and gifts are delivered nationwide but only limited to items that
will not spoil during overnight transit. The general rule is if item can withstand
rigors of the trip, then it can be delivered which means no cakes, cooked food
and fresh meat & fish for most of the country. But baked goodies such as
Dunkin donuts, Brownies by Brownies Unlimited, bread, fruits, chocolates and
Adelinas hams can be sent nationwide.
We only deliver bouquets and boxes of flowers nationwide. Please do not order
baskets and vases of flowers for locations that are not a few hours drive from
Metro Manila. However, funeral crosses and wreaths may be sent nationwide. And standing memorial sprays may be sent to aside from Manila, only to the provinces of
of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal.
For the Portraiture Services, prices already include shipping cost to anywhere
around the globe. Minor revisions are normally accepted as long as final artwork
is not yet sent thru mail.
