If you are a Filipino living in a foreign country, then welcome home. Taste and indulge in the culture you grew up in. Makulay was started a few years ago offering only portraiture services. Within the same year Makulay was launched, the flower shop was introduced followed by the other services. Then, growth necessitates that we overhaul the website and upgrade to a data-based driven website to improve our services and be able to cater to more customers. Construction of more shops are underway. Those who have visited this site a year ago will find a totally different website today. Rest assured that only the look and size of the store actually changed. The people behind the services are still with us and so is the tradition of bringing only the best.
