How do customers pay via Western Union or Checks? Customers who choose to pay via Western Union should order on line
just the same but should click on "check or money order" as mode of payment when
they checkout. just so order details will be shown on our system. Then, send
money thru Western Union. The MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) should be
relayed to us.
Do you deliver to the provinces, outside Manila? Yes, but only box of flowers and bouquets are sent in the provinces
and everything else that does not spoil overnight during transit. Which mean
no cooked food EXCEPT for Greenwich Products which are now available nationwide. Though baked goodies such as breads, Dunkin donuts, brownies
and hams which have a long shelf life may get delivered overnight. Non-perishable
groceries and tangibles from the gift shop are of course delivered nationwide.
Provincial deliveries leave Manila the night before intended delivery date.
We do not normally deliver flowers arranged in vases or in baskets but there are exceptions, always see item details to see if item is available nationwide. Boxes of loose flowers are routinely sent to the provinces. The recipient will have the opportunity to make
her own arrangement when she received these flowers. The flowers will always be
fresh and kept fresh by double styrofoam boxes when delivered nationwide and
will only leave Manila the night before intended delivery date. Funeral flowers

How do you change delivery address? By default , the delivery address is set to your address but when
you checkout, there is a change delivery address button on the first page of
checking out as shown by the red arrow below:
Is Manila City the same as Metro Manila?
No. Manila City is only one of the 13 cities and municipalities that comprises
Metro Manila and is within the boundaries of Metro Manila. Metro Manila is a much greater area. If you are not sure if the recipient address is provincial or not, please email or call us. See Delivery

Do you deliver same day if order comes in the morning?
For Metro Manila deliveries, orders are delivered in the same day if order comes
in the morning. We have our own vans and motorcycles to deliver promptly. For
provincial deliveries, we often use the services of LBC courrier. Provincial
deliveries are therefore delivered in two days. LBC has a tracking system.
Do you on certain occasions waive the
shipping cost for the deliveries to the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite,
Laguna which are very near Manila and charge only the usual shipping cost
of $7.50 (Metro Manila regular shipping rate) ? Yes, we have done so in the past waived the shipping cost upon the
request of the customer
How do I order and pay By Western Union or money check
order? When you are to pay by Western Union, you still must order online
BUT click on the "check , money order" instead of the "credit
card" as mode of payment when you check out. This way, we can have the
order details. Then email us or text us the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
of western Union, your location, name and exact amount sent. Make payments
